Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya is organising again a unique experience for F1 fans, together with the driver Carlos Sainz and the collaboration of the journalist Josep Lluís Merlos. Next Wednesday 7 March during the second week of the F1 Test Days, a small group of people will have the chance to meet the Spanish driver in person, take pictures and get autographs during the organised charity tour.
The experience does also include a speech about F1 by journalist Josep Lluís Merlos, as well as a tour around the facilities of the Circuit. The price amounts to 100 euros and the benefits will go completely to Juegaterapia, a foundation that works in order to improve the life of children with cancer.
The charity guided tour will start at 14:30h in the morning, with a visit to the places which are usually restricted to the public during a Grand Prix, such as the briefing room or the podium. Then there will be a speech about F1 by Josep Lluís Merlos and the Meet & Greet with Carlos Sainz, in the VIP room on the third floor of the Control Tower. The activity will finish with a tour around the paddock and a lap around the service tracks of the Circuit, to watch the single-seaters running on the new asphalt.
It is a unique and special activity to continue enjoying the F1 Test Days, while supporting a good cause that offers the chance to meet one of the local drivers, Carlos Sainz and to visit the Circuit from a different perspective.
