The countdown for the MotoGP event at Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya has started. But before, and in order to make sure that you get the best place to watch the whole activity live, you need to convert your ticket or member card in order to comply with a new protocol.
Both if you made the conversion of your ticket recently, or if you haven’t done it yet, please be aware that you need to repeat the whole process again in order to be able to get a new seat following the new protocol and allocation system.
How to convert the ticket
- If you purchased a ticket for the Gran Premi Monster Energy de Catalunya de MotoGP 2020:
To make the conversion, you need to enter the reference of your 2020 ticket as a promotional code to get a 100% discount. Thus you will convert your ticket and get a new one at no cost.
- If you purchased a ticket for the Gran Premi Monster Energy de Catalunya de MotoGP 2021:
If you had already purchased a ticket for 2021, you will need the reference that you got during the purchasing process, to use it as promotional code. Once you have entered the reference and chosen your seat, you will get the converted ticket at no cost.
- If you have a Member Card:
You will need to enter the number of your personal ID as a promotional code during the process to purchase a new ticket for the event. Thus you will get the ticket with a 100% discount. If you have more than one Member Card linked to the personal ID number, you will be able to choose seats for all of them.
The seats will be allocated on a first-come, first served basis. Therefore we recommend making the conversion of the ticket as soon as possible.
*Only tickets purchased until the 20th of May of 2021 need to be converted.
*Parking tickets remain the same, without the conversion.
